Nick, I don't warm up well in the morning until I have my coffee. Could you
be a little more detail as to what you mean by not warming up well. 
Idle rough or smooth, idle fast or slow, seeking or hunting, poor peddle
response in trying to immediately trying to crank and go ????
All things may be a common problem or may be more than 1 or 2. There are a
lot of players going on at the same time in the engine.

Thanks to both. Initially it was not warming up well but ran fine after 
a mile or so. Now it is running rough for quite a while. One theory is 
that the WUR is not working properly and fouling the O2 sensor.
