Tom, I find it amazing cars in Poland are under such strict regulation with regard to leaks, considering that almost every car has a "moist" seal here or there. One look at a public parking lot would surely seem to suggest so, anyway. If the leak is coming from between the halves, the only advised sealer is Permatex Anaerobic gasket. Silicone will not work, nor hylomar. http://www.permatex.com/products/Automotive/automotive_gasketing/anaerobic_gasket_makers/Permatex_Anaerobic_Gasket_Maker_b.htm You will see that it says explicitly for use with aluminum transaxle casings. It is a LOT of work to do this. If the leak isn't bad, I would be tempted to put it off until it is, and simply top off your gear oil with every oil change. I've done re-sealed the transmission 4 different times, and have used it with and without the Permatex Surface Activator, which is a spray that you can apply first to speed up the cure rate in cold weather.
