Last time I checked any automobile is owned by the person on the title and they can do whatever they want. Really at the end of the day why do you care what Tony did? And I am not looking for the "next owner worries" answer we got before. When Tony bought Proto1, I never once heard you ask what he was doing with it, or what work was being done to devalue it for future owners.
