Just like in the old fashion VCR's...The weak points were the rubber bands or belts, when the cassette was rejected,it was usually caused by the rubber bands or belts or whatever you want to call them...going bad...over time they either stretch or just fall off or break from age,if the cassette senses,something wrong,with the rubber bands, it will reject the tape.Problem is trying to find new rubber bands for that radio..........
