Mike, When you rebuilt the switch we have to assume that the small clips that holds the seal is tight and the clips are in place or something is on there to keep it tight. Did you use any kind of grease on the seal so it will slid good. Then some kind of lubricant to help seal all the vacuum plugs on the back.
