The rear plastic valence gets removed (3 screws). The left and right outer door seals along the top by the roof have to be removed (3 screws on each side) to get to some phillips head screws. You will have to lift the panel up from the rear and it may be stuck to foam underneath. It has a tab that holds the front, no screws. Lift at the rear and pull rearward. Be VERY careful of the sharp edges. Instead of "replacing" the panel you should price having it fixed. It is not that big a deal. DMCH and PJ Grady do this kind of thing all the time. When reinstalling the panel you should clean up the hole in the top of the body and replace the foam that holds the panel up in the front. If you have to replace the outer door seals on the top of the door (the ones that are riveted in) this would be a good time. If your door seals are "dead", hard, and flattened figure on replacing the inners and outers. This may also require adjusting the door anchors to fit the new seals. As you can tell this job evolves into more than just R&R'ing the roof panel!
