I have to agree with Marc here. Look at the success Dave is having with his DMCMidwest open house, I'm sure some planning went into it but I'm not assuming to the level of what the DOA did. It is proof that owners want to gather for the car but don't need to spend $300+ to do it. I am glad there are alternatives, i.e. DMCH Open House and DCS, that provide a more cost effective solution to gather owners from across the country and world while providing a top notch DeLorean experience.
