Go over to dmcnews.com under technical. You will find the procedure there. While you are at it you may consider replacing all your boots and relubing all 4 joints. In all probability it hasn't been done for 25 years and the boots will fail soon. Boots are cheap, the joints are expensive. Try not to let a half-shaft "hang". Tie them up or you bend the metal collar that the boot attaches to. Best to just remove them to work on them.
