Hello, On my car, i took off the steering column, the steering column in the left hand, a soft hammer (mallet) in the right. two good blows on each side of the steering wheel and that's it. You can do the same without dismounting the steering column. It works even if the steering wheel is heavily blocked, simple and cheap.
