[DML] LED update for the headlight/hazard/cigarette illumination ring

Hey everyone.

Dave has pretty much nailed the technical aspect of
this update.  I have a picture of my hazard switch
side by side with the headlight switch.  My hazard
switch has a LED in it; the headlight switch has an
incandesent bulb in it.  Both bulbs are lit up in the
picture; you all be the judges and let me know what
you all think.  The "side by side" picture is the
second one of the two posted.  Just scroll down until
you see the red triangle; you can't miss it.
