Almost anything under there that you can unscrew and replace - do it. I'm sure there are more lists coming, but at a minimum do all the O- rings and hoses, both water and vacuum. Great time for a cap and rotor too. I'm also a big fan of cleaning and painting (POR15) the entire valley.
