Marc is right about having someone near the seller check it out for 
you. Oh well. Lesson learned. I'm sure my car was worse than yours is 
now.

Email me offline. Also, you don't need to pass any dang inspection. 
You can get historic plates like all the rest of us and not be 
bothered with it. Of course, we'll still be fixing your parking brake.
