The stock radiator does not have a drain petcock. The only real way is to remove the lower hose. Vent the system by removing the coolant bottle cap. If that fails to vent the system, you'll have to (carefully) remove the small bleed line at the top of the radiator. As you no doubt know, the plastic barb is somewhat fragile so use caution. I got fed up with the plastic radiator and bought an all-metal replica with extra cooling capacity and a drain petcock. I'll never have to wrestle that demon again.
