Besides checking the normal stuff like loose belt, loose, dirty connections, bad battery, your best choice is to go back to John H. He knows how his products should work and why you are having this problem. My guess is either a wiring problem, the wrong bulb for the alt light, or a problem with the voltage regulator in the alternator. I am sure John can talk you through it. This vender support is part of what you are paying for when you buy things from a vender. Take advantage of it, you paid for it!
