Oh boy. Sounds like they milled the 'step' off of the flywheel. The surface that the clutch plate contacts is supposed to be 15 thousands higher than the rest of the flywheel, where the pressure plate is bolted. I'm surprised you can get it into any gear. Maybe they took just enough off of the raised portion to mess things up. Take it back.
