[DML] Re: Headlight switches





Perhaps you misunderstood -- my whole exterior light circuit (within
the car) had to be rewired. The short circuit melted wiring under the
console as well as the switch itself (and the harness connector). I
took the opportunity to add another relay for the side and tail
lights. Now, the only voltage passing through my switch is the relay
trigger signal -- 15 milliamps. And even that is fuse protected now!
Don't anticipate any future problems.
