Rich & Bill, The problem is that the switch hasn't been improved so you will
be buying what you already have that will melt again. The switch saver will
stop the melting and destruction of the headlight switch.

I am in.  Just placed my order.  My switch is working fine but my take
is that supporting this type of arrangement may be helpful in the
future.  Hopefully, DMCH or the other vendors, will support offers
like this in the future for other parts.  After all, it's only $40.
