Check the air presssure in your tires, 23 psi front and 30 psi rear. It sounds like you might have a thrust angle problem in the rear. Have the shop check the rear alignment and spin balance all four tires. If that doesn't help find another shop because the shop you are going to is missing something. This could also be caused by a defect in your tires. Radials can exhibit a tendency to run rough at low speeds.
