Nick, Most of the time the RPM relay only needs the contacts cleaned. It normally gets a bad rap but isn't the problem. Be sure to check the intertia switch and make sure the plunger is down. Also make sure the connector and connections are good and tight. Thats what's grounds the switch. Then after you get the pump running, does the car start. If the pump still doesn't run, make sure you have a good fuse and tight connections on #7. If it still doesn't run, then the pulse coil in the distributor could be the problem, that is what turns the RPM relay on to run the pump. John Hervey http://www.specialtauto.com/
