Hi, I have been having the typical rough start (having to turn it over for up to 45 seconds) problem since I got my D last summer. It finally stopped starting completely at the end of summer. I just ordered a new rpm/fuel relay and installed it. I knew the pump worked because of a technique that dmc joe told me of to give it juice. I just tried to start my D and it is back to where it was, it still doesn't start, and I don't hear the fuel pump going, I gave it direct juice (jumping the brown and white/purple wires), and the fuel pump did turn on... Does this mean I just blew a brand new Relay???? Please help me.
