Mike, Have you inspected the hoses inside the tank? The suction hose to the pump may be pinched or collapsed. Please be careful when jumping power directly to the fuel pump. If you are going to do that, connect to the pump first, then to your power supply so you do not create a spark at the fuel pump. Remember that you must avoid producing sparks at the battery, the gases are explosive.
