Check the Inertia Switch located in the drivers side of the car by the hood latch under the dash. This controls the fuel pump ground. You should see a black box with a Red button on top. Make sure the button is in the down position. Check the three wires coming from the box and the box itself to see if they are melted. Repair/replace as required.
