Whether you have to put a license plate on the front is dependent upon your
state's laws (here in Colorado it is required and very often enforced).

The good news is that you don't have to drill holes in the bumper/fascia.
All of the DeLorean Service Centers sell a license plate holder that works
very nicely and requires no hole drilling.
