Just make sure that the two roll pins (alignment pins) are back in place. Sometimes they stick to the engine and sometimes to the transmission. Doesn't matter which, but you gotta have them. If you end up without them in there at all, you will quickly destroy the gear teeth on the torque converter and maybe even the converter. If you have them in both places, you'll never get the engine and trans to mate up.
