The problem with water in Pinellas County is that they are
on a peninsula surrounded on 3 sides by salt water.  In
years past, they over-pumped the ground so much that most
wells there are too brackish.  So instead they pump water
from further north.  They suck so much of it that lakes go
dry and homes fall into new sinkholes overnight.  There are
all kinds of nasty law suits over it and watering
restrictions galore.  Lucky for me, I'm not affect too much
by it.
