Re: [DMCForum] DeLorean.com exhaust setup

DMCH had their exhaust system on display at the last SEDOC.
It isn't stainless, though. But it has a nice epoxy-ish
finish that is supposed to be very durable. My main
complaint is that the system is a bit loud, but I'm into
power, not volume.

I have one of the UK systems on order, but since I got that
deal started I since had them put it on hold while Darren
Bowker (in England) builds me an even fire PRV with oval
(instead of round like stock DMC) exhaust ports.

These systems are all pretty much one-off custom jobs, so
they can make it to about whatever specs you want. They
rate the mufflers as loud, medium & "not as loud as medium."
I'm all for the quiet version since with a new engine I
should have some HP to spare. Kayo Ong has one of these
systems on his car which I saw at the last Mid-Atlantic
Spring Social. It looked very nice, was a bit discolored
from heat (blue-ing, yellowing, etc.) and was rather loud
for my tastes.
