We sealed Rich's with 1" fender washers. He could go back under them with silicone, but seriously doubt if anything's going to get past two washers and the aluminum plate. Isn't hard to install individual bolts by yourself if you use cheater to extend length of socket wrench handle. Low profile truss heads only protrude 1/8" or so into compartments. Not my first choice for this ap BTW, but I've got 50 or so left over from another project.
