I really hope you use a different tool than I know to measure the pressure
!!!!!!!!!
Isn't there a valve ????????? If yes - Think again !

Your engine won't start when cranking too slowly. have you ever tried to
jump start it
with the help of another car ? Why does it crank so hard ?
Does ist still make that strange noise ? Found out why ?

100 PSI seems a little bit low to me, like an old worn engine. Simply
calculated without any losses it
should have about 120-130PSI (8.8 Bar ?!?).
Didn't you say you poored oil in there ? It should be tight like a virgin
and have more pressure !
How fast /slow is your starter cranking ? Can you record a few seconds and
put it online ?
This would be great for all to get a feeling what the actual situation is.
