Arrh!.... yes if you have done a spring swap ..then im sure it is the spring bedding in, when i have done them we then take the car out for some 'safe ' sharp cornering and 'weaving' about to settle them down. As a point, on one car the 'boing' noise was still there, so we ended up turning the spring around 180 degress so that the chamfered end on the spring was on the inside edge rather than the outside, that solved it.
