[doc] plunger in fuel distributer

Hi

i have just took mine out as i thought this might be causing my 
running problems.

has anyone done this?? the plunger looks clean, but the whole where it 
sits looks dirty. is this full of petrol when running?? or air?

if i take the air venturi apart can i get to this (i assume the other 
end of the flap) and clean it?
the plunger did not come out immediately so does this mean it was 
sticking or is this normal.
