It's really really easy if you take it off and do it on a pillar drill.
10 or so 5mm M6 cap screws hold it down and the gasket is re-usable if
you're careful
If you're worried, send it to me, I'll do it. I could even send you one
that's already been done in exchange if you like. No charge - it's so
easy. You will have to fiddle with the mixture screw on the exchange one
to get it going though because it'll be different from yours.
The casting on the DeLorean engine was assembled so that you couldn't
adjust the mixture. On the Volvo (065-type) intake plenum, there's a
screw bunging it up
