[doc] Cold Start Switch?

Dear all,
My D tends to stall easily when start cold, and no
problem at all after the engine runs hot...
I remember the previous owner saying he disconnected
the cold start switch (or hot? I am not sure) as he
live in Australia...
In the fuse compartment, I see a white relay plug that
has no relay connected to it... is this the cold/hot
start thingy? And will this be the thing causing the
stalling problem I have in deadly hot Hong Kong?
A friend of mine said there may be mis-fire or fuel
injection blockage on my car, as the engine kinda
vibrates when cold... but it tends to be ok once
hot... doesn't seems to be correct, right?
Oh, on another matter... the white relays that's near
the engine compartment light switch gets hot to touch
after a while of driving... is this normal? I have
cleaned out the connections already...
Many Thanks in advance for any help on this!
Regards,
John Tien
