Thomas,
You need to do them both, then drive around for a few 100 yards, then
you will down to original "Lotus" designed, Euro- height.
I have never done this job myself, I always ask a mechanic friend. He
has just finished doing Gully and even with his choice of massive
strong spring compressors, he said it's a bit of a doggy job. The main
problem of course is getting the "oversized originals" out.
Mind your fingers!!
Best regards
Chris Parnham

Subject: [doc] Question about lowered springs
Hi.
I just changed my front left spring with one of Chris Parnhams lowered
springs (will do the other side tomorrow), and I was wondering how long
it takes to look lowered? I know I will have to wait a while, but just
wondering how long.
It was sooooo dangerous getting that spring out tonight. The spring
compressors we are using arent the greatest. I cant wait to get this job
over and done with!
Thanks
Thomas Mc Auley
