This is a very good point!! I believe i personally will not be drawn
into this. But if they can't chase the present owner because they
didnt import it and they can't chase the previous owner who imported
it! Why not all those affected by this situation get together and
swap registration documents ie sign them over to another owner & vice
versa for a period of say 6mths! Maybe some issues with insurance but
sounds good in theory!! Dont you think??
