I did do some research into this and I believe that you can get a set from the Ford Cortina owners club, I think that they were about £15 per set (per calliper). Unless the piston is heavily corroded there shouldn't be any need to change the piston it's self. Pop it out, use a bit of fine wet'n'dry with WD40 to remove any light corrosion and reinstall them with the new rubber seals and they should be like new.
