Do you have access to heat-shriking Vinyl? The original material is that
polyurethane foam and doesn't actually have a skin laid on to it. I have
mine retrimmed by the original people in Belfast and they stitched the
edge to be the same as the hand-stitched interiors on early cars.
The vinyl is unique to the DeLorean, though the vinyl on the upper door
panels in my Xantia is very close (though noticably different)
