I think the idea was based on a couple of comments along the lines of 
"The next Eurofest will be in 2006, by which time the test track will 
have gone - wouldn't it be great to have a meet-up for the DOC at the 
track for one last lap before it goes?". Chris is doing his job as club 
secretary in acting on these suggestions. The openness by which he does 
it is only in keeping with the general openness of the club - which we 
all appreciate and enjoy.
