I have already been roped into providing a similar service for 2 
family members next year, summer months only! Once upon a time there 
was a company called Hilife hire or similar who hired out a DeLorean 
but stopped becasue the car was unreliable (they had sold it when I 
came to try and hire one prior to buying 'Boeing'). 

I assume most of us are on limited mileage, classic car insureance 
which would not cover using the car for payment,so the remuneration 
for such a venture would need to cover the increased costs. 

Once upon a time, before to my own purchase, I queried whether any 
owner would be prepared to hire their dream out. Sitting on the other 
side of the fence I now understand why that was a non-starter.
