A few questions

Here are a few questions I have about De Loreans, and I was wondering if someone could anwser them.
 
1. I remember seeing something about the twin exhausts on the De Lorean, and it said that one is actually an air intake, and the other releases gases.Is this true?
 
2. Can you get more horsepower from the engine just be 'tinkering' about? Iknow about the extra power you can get by removing the catalytic converter.
 
3. How much horsepower can the twin turbo engines produce, and what is the price range on the systems?
 
4. And finally, for any young owner from Northern Ireland, or anyone who knows, is your insurance a joke, or practical?
