Erm.. I've done it twice. No idiots guide as yet... all I'll say is use 4
spring compressors (space is tight), 2 people, and have a good dictionary of
swear words ready!
The "workshop" manual way of doing it scared me so I improvised... and the
result is fantastic! Good idea to have some grease, split pins etc too as
you may be removing parts you can't replace...

I'll get round to writing up one day!
