I bet it's not for the environment either, just another pay to pay off the debts that has been wasted by the government again.
Well, we must all look forward to the day when we all drive in 400cc lawn mowers or electric supercars capable of 20mph. All this done on a posession tax 1/3 of your salary.......
If they brought this rule in I wouldn't be able to afford owning it. I'd leave it SORN permanently or put it in a museum in the "It's fun to drive but not in Britain" section....
Nick - fed up with earning money then paying tax everywhere...
