RE: [doc] Angle drive hell

Went to Speedograph today, very nice people. 

They can make me a new angle drive, a little pricey at 85 quid + VAT but the quality is very nice. I know they are a lot cheaper from DMCH but I wouldn't get the core charge back since my old one has sheared off at the nut, so I've probably saved anyway.
My lower speedo cable is just over 900mm which seems overly long when fitted, Speedograph are doing me a new one while they're at it for 20 quid.

I got chatting to the trimming chap there and apparently they bought up all the DeLorean seats when DMC closed down and recovered/resold them for motor homes and such like. Sadly they have non left....and even worse they were shifting them for about 50 quid at the time!!! 
He estimated about 500 quid to recover my seats which from what I've heard is very expensive... 

On the down side the job is going to take them about four weeks, so I'll have to pick some other job to amuse myself with till then...hmmm spoilt for choice really!!
