Gulp!!!!!!
 
Still, anything that helps get dangerous and uninsured cars/drivers off
the road is ok by me, as that is a legitimate use of cameras.
 
What does p me off is the renaming of speed cameras as 'safety cameras'
when it is obvious that they are positioned to obtain maximum revenue
rather then improve road safety. 
 
Just my 2pth, Officer  ;o)

I 've just received the latest training in using the hand held ANPR
cameras,
which can check index numbers & do the PNC check for you in less than
few
seconds. It also has a hard drive memory that holds up to 3 million
recorded
checks and has GPRS again it knows exactly date, time and place of every
vehicle it sees.
