The Mini, in your opinion, may be flawed (and as I actually work in
the trade I know what the numerous faults are on Mini's, BMW's,
Renaults, Peugeots, Fords, etc), but you have got to hand it to them
they have done a fantastic marketing job with it.  I have sold and
driven hundreds of different makes and models over the last 10yrs, I
have to say the Mini was a fun drive, but because I know the problems
they suffer with I wouldnt own one.
As Jeremy Clarkson pointed out, the BMW X3 is possibly the worst car
he's ever driven, but because its a BMW people will buy it because of
the badge.
Anyway, as this is supposed to be a DeLorean news group, I think we
should now consider this thread finished, as I think poor old Mike
Green has been bamboozeled enough with peoples various opinions on
what car he should or shouldnt buy.
