[doc] DMC (Texas) Online Store Ordering Problems

Yesterday, with the help of a DOC'er, we believe we were able to isolate 
the problem so many people in the UK were having placing orders at the 
DMC (Texas) website. We've run a couple of tests on it, and I'd like to 
invite you to try it again, if you've had problems in the past, the next 
time you need to order. If you experience problems, please let me know - 
likewise, if it now works for you, let me know that, too!
