#12171 -used- to have its pass mirror glued like this. The bonhams car
(now Nigel's) has been adjusted so that it pivots correctly but has its
locating lug moved so that when it "clonks" into place, it's actually
offset. It doesn't look right, and isn't as good as spacers under the
mirror glass itself, but it works perfectly
