RE: Buying via ebay.

Thomas,

I think Dan and Paul have pretty well included my view. There is no
substitute for actually seeing (and driving) a car yourself, before you
commit yourself.

But the USA is a long way away, and your never sure how high the price will
eventually go.

As has been stated there are plenty of US enthusiasts who may have a look
at it for you.

Buying a car is a big financial (and emotional) commitment, its nice if you
get it right, its not so good if it all goes pear-shaped!

Good luck and Regards

Chris Parnham BTW its not buying one "off" the club, but off a club
member, via our mag! or indeed via DMC UK

Chris would you say it is safe to buy a car from ebay? If so, can you hire
people to go out and check the car over if it is in the US? I'm hoping to
buy one off the club, so I can't wait to see the new mag!

Thanks
