re importing a delorean (costs involved?)

Can anyone be so kind as to advise me of the costs involved in 
importing a Delorean from the states. Does the 5% import tax apply to 
the purchase price of the car?
Im looking to import a restorable car as Im an engineer to trade so 
dont mind and actually prefer to work on the car.
Any help would be appreciated
