That is Mathew  Wennington From Tamworth.  Yes he is a club member.  IT
would be helpful if all members could send scans of this type of thing
to John Tien , for our website.   john@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  . It seems much
easier to view things on the website and they can stay indefinitely.
