[doc] Dampness Problems??

Hi Group,

Had a couple of occasions where car has been parked, rained on, then 
wont start properly, eg. extended amount of cranking and or starts 
and runs rough for a few seconds as if misfiring.

>From garage cars starts on first turn.

Any comments would be appreciated.
